The title of my blog was inspired by Psalm 113:9 "He grants the barren woman a home, like a joyful mother of children."  Note that it says "joyful mother" not a stressed out, overwhelmed, miserable mother of children, but a mom who exudes Joy or Delight.  While not every mothering moment may be joyful, some moments can be quite painful and very frightening, my goal is that I would leave a legacy of joy.
